Topgolf Las Vegas is a sprawling 8-acre entertainment venue just east of the Las Vegas Strip. FEA provided complete engineering design and execution on the four-level, 105,000 SF facility, which includes 108 climate-controlled hitting bays, two pools, five unique bars, VIP cabanas and a private suite, private meeting rooms, and event spaces. Topgolf Las Vegas also houses a concert venue which accommodates up to 900 guests. Total construction cost: $50 Million
