Principal / Director of Mechanical & Plumbing

Ryan Calahan has been in the mechanical engineering field since beginning his career in 2003. He is proficient in all aspects of HVAC/Plumbing designs.

His responsibilities include Management of Engineering Teams, Mechanical and Plumbing equipment and system sizing and selection, preparing Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Specifications, preparing Energy calculations and documentation, coordination of mechanical and plumbing system requirements with the architect and other consultants, mechanical and plumbing construction budget review and coordination, mechanical and plumbing submittal/shop drawing review and field investigations and observations. 

Ryan was also awarded the 2019 Building Design + Construction 40 under 40 and currently serves as the 2022-2023 President of the Southern Nevada chapter of ASHRAE.
